It's all in the little details
When you book, we'll ask a few questions about your children: their names, favourite things, pets, Christmas wishes and any special achievements.
That means our Elves can make your visit feel personal, with little surprises that bring the Christmas story to life.

Yes. For the Advent delivery, you provide the items you'd like our Elves to bring to the door. We'll arrange the handover details with you.
You can request two traditional Elves or one traditional Elf with our life-sized character Elf. We'll confirm availability when arranging your visit.
The Advent drop-off lasts around 15 minutes and the magical December doorstep visit around 20 minutes. The Ultimate includes both visits on separate dates.
There is no additional child charge for the Advent drop-off. Additional children for the magical doorstep visit cost £7 each and receive their own gift, certificate and letter from Father Christmas.
We cover Sittingbourne, the Isle of Sheppey, Maidstone and surrounding areas. Visits outside Sittingbourne, the Isle of Sheppey and Maidstone have a £10 out-of-area charge. Contact us if you're unsure.
You'll be asked for suitable dates and time windows. We then plan our Elf routes and confirm arrival arrangements closer to your visit.
